Author Joanne Leslie Evans and her company Good Reads and Good Deeds are NOT responsible for any package or packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, missed scanned,

 miss delivered or porch pirated. If such actions occur all customers will have to inquiry 

with their delivery service to make a claim and get resolution through that company. 

I have a NO return/refund policy.  All sales are final as stated below.
